Delivery within Germany:
We work with several logistics partners and aim to dispatch most orders within 3-5 working days. Shipments within Germany usually come with a tracking number, and delivery typically takes 3-5 working days.
Delivery outside Germany:
All orders outside Germany are shipped via several logistics partners. Once your shipment reaches the destination country, it is handled by the local logistics partner there. Please note that larger deliveries may have to go through customs clearance, which is beyond our control and may therefore delay your package. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time in the future.
