Every page is hand-sewn, many hours of work per book, developed with pediatricians, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and childhood educators. Per month of use, that often works out to just a few euros — for something that stays, long after so much else has been sorted out and given away.

That depends less on the format than on the activities in each individual book. Some Mini Quiet Books start with simple touch-and-grasp tasks from around four months — others, with more challenging activities, are only recommended from age two. Classic Quiet Books start at around 12 months and, depending on the model, go all the way up to preschool age. You'll find the specific age recommendation for each book on its product page.

And most importantly: every child develops at their own pace. A good Quiet Book grows with them — what feels too hard at first becomes a proud "I can do this!" just a few months later. Many families start with a simpler Mini and add a bigger book with more activities later on — and both often stay in use side by side for years.

You have 30 days to try the book out at your own pace. If it really isn't the right fit, just send it back and we'll refund the purchase price. Personalized books are excluded from returns — unless the error was on our end, in which case we'll of course take care of it.
